Development & Regeneration Manager Salary: £52,000 – £55,000 | Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing (STAR) | Permanent | 37 hours/week

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll:

• Lead and deliver innovative housing projects from concept to completion
• Manage land and property acquisitions, contract negotiations, and financial monitoring
• Build strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, councils, and communities
• Champion quality, compliance, and customer focus at every stage
• Promote our developments through social media and community engagement
